Basic Gun Safety and Pistol Marksmanship Class --- 2-3 hrs. --- $200
The “Basic Gun Safety and Pistol Marksmanship Class” is for anyone who wants to learn how to shoot a handgun safely, properly and with increased accuracy. This class will also assist you in being a more informed buyer. The students, 8 maximum, will learn how to safely handle firearms, along with learning the six fundamentals of pistol shooting. The class will consist of approximately 1 hour of instruction and 2 hours of instructor supervised hands on firing various revolvers and pistols of various sizes and calibers. Class fee covers the , instructor time, handguns, ammunition, targets and bottled water. Payment does not cover the range fee, $30. Students may bring their own handgun if they wish, but must bring their own ammunition. No ammunition will be supplied to fire in a student’s personal firearm. Payment for the class must be made in full, in advance.

Intermediate Pistol Skills Class – 2-3 hrs. --- $150
This class is designed to help the student progress from the Basic Gun Safety & Pistol Marksmanship class to a point where they are ready for the “Basic & Advanced Defensive Handgun Techniques” classes. Class begins with a review of the safety rules and the six fundamentals of pistol shooting. The majority of this class will be spent helping the student become more proficient with the manipulation of their firearm. Each student’s shooting methods will be analyzed for any areas of deficiency and corrective action will be suggested. All students must supply their own firearm with multiple magazines or speed loaders and ammunition, 3 ea. as a minimum. Approximately 150 rounds of ammunition will be required. It is highly recommended that the student’s firearm be the actual firearm that he or she intends to use for Self Defense / Concealed Carry purposes. Holsters are not used in this class. The cost of the class does not include; range fee, hearing or eye protection, firearm or ammunition, all of which are mandatory. All targets will be provided. Basic Defensive Handgun Techniques – 2-4 hrs. --- $200
Before taking this class, the students should have a complete understanding of how their firearm functions. Class begins with a quick safety review and basic skills refresher. Students will learn proper manipulation of their handgun. Everything from a correct draw to efficient reloads. Learn and understand the “One-Shot” and “Trigger Reset” drills as well as the “Flash Fire” technique to improve your speed and accuracy. Each student will need, as a minimum, their own defensive handgun, a minimum of 3 magazines for pistols or 2 speed loaders for revolvers, a properly fitting holster and 250 rounds of ammunition. All drawing will be performed from an open carry configuration. No concealed carry drawing will be allowed in this class. The class fee does not include; range fee, hearing protection or eye protection, all of which are mandatory. All targets will be provided. Advanced Defensive Handgun Techniques – 2-4 hrs. --- $275
Students should, before taking this class, have a complete understanding of how their firearm works and be able to fully manipulate the same. Satisfactory completion of the “Defensive Handgun Techniques” class or proper skills demonstration is required before attending this class. Class begins with a review of the safety rules, then proceeds into the introduction of various skills and drills. Learn how to overcome firearm malfunctions and practice firearm clearing drills. Participate in One and Two handed live fire drills, engage hostage targets and learn handgun / shotgun transitioning skills. Each student will need, as a minimum, their own defensive handgun, four magazines or three speed loaders for revolvers, a properly fitting holster and 250 rounds of ammunition. To properly train, a shotgun is also required with 25 rounds of slug ammo. Bird or Buck shot are not allowed to be fired on this range. All drawing will be performed from an open carry configuration. No concealed carry drawing will be allowed in this class. The class does not include; range fee, hearing protection or eye protection, all of which are mandatory. All targets will be provided.
